ok, so i got the turntable back. and it's really fixed this time!

got the turntable back. they replaced the whole tonearm this time. i can tell because the heavy duty plastic bits containing the pivots used be black, and now they're gray. they ordered the wrong color part. but i can live with that ( Read more... )
